I contacted Neilson for roof cleaning, pressure washing of my driveway, sidewalk to front of the house and sealing of the pavers. I was able to obtain an estimate and get on the schedule within two weeks. The guys showed up on time. We went over what they were doing and they did a great job. A lot was included in the services provided. The pavers, were cleaned, cracks refilled, sealed and tinted. He worked really hard to get off oil stains that had been sitting for months. They did not come all the way out but I was told that they may not come out it just depends on a variety of factors. However, the oil stains are not noticeable. I did not know that they provided services when tree roots are lifting up the pavers. I was able to add on that service at the time of the service. They did a great job. The guys do great work and they definitely know what they are doing. Multiple service discount was offered and applied. I am very happy with the services. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Called and got an opening for pressure washing the same day. Team was curious and professional, removed items from area to be washed and returned them when completed. They went well beyond expectations as I mostly hoped to get slippery algae removed, but they made the concrete look like new. 100% will use again when I need the driveway cleaned again.

I was looking for a professional to clean the back screen enclosed lanai. I googled and Nielsen is the first company that popped up. Hands down, I phoned and spoke with the most kind and wonderful Allison. I advised her that I was planning to move into a property close by and she advised she would contact me later in the day with a quote and she did. I ended up getting the entire house washed and the screen enclosure cleaned. What an awesome job. I didn't even have to physically be there. Wonderful Walter provided before and after photos were provided and I was instantly pleased. I will re-hire Nielsen for future home services. This service was provided within 24 hours. Nielsen you rock! Awesome staff. Great to know I'm moving to a new community and will be able to entrust the services of this company.

What really impressed me the most was their ability to strip the old sealer off my pavers and remove the rust stains. My fifteen-year-old pool deck looks brand-new better than new. I'm amazed . I've used all kinds of pressure cleaners on my house and in my pool over the last 20 years no one comes even close to Nelson. Amazing.

Would not recommend unless you want to have your plants die from improper dilution of chemicals and no resolution from the company. After 2 months I have 4 more plants that had to be pulled out and replaced . Tried to contact the owner never heard back from him would not recommend company.

I can't say enough about the amazing job John Neilson did in stripping and re-sealing our pavers. A different company sealed them a couple of years ago and applied the seal incorrectly. It chipped and peeled so the pavers really looked bad. John had to strip the entire surface twice to remove the old sealer and now they look brand new. John is conscientious, punctual and intent on leaving the property clean and neat. I highly recommend Neilson Cleaning for pressure washing and paver sealing.

John is much more than an average pressure washer. We own several properties in the area, and although John has done a fantastic job pressure washing for us, we were most impressed by him when he assisted us in finding a roofer following Hurricane Irma. Many roofers were overwhelmed and unable to help fix our leak after the hurricane, but John called everyone he knows in the industry and made sure to find one who could help us. John pressure washed my entire house along with my driveway and sidewalk. It was very kind of him to do the curb in the front of my house because I must say, I never thought about that & it was very unsightly!I can be pretty picky and point out every tiny thing (like spraying off a couple suds in the driveway that just go away on their own...), but John was more than happy to comply with anything that I wanted. John Neilson came to my house on Tuesday, October 6 and cleaned my driveway, walkway and lanai. I have lived in my house for 4 years and we built it new, but I had no idea how much dirt and grime had accumulated. Can my old concrete be sealed ore resealed?
Yes, your old concrete can be sealed or resealed. However, before hiring our Neilson Cleaning professionals to seal your concrete we must first determine if it has previously been sealed. If a previous sealer has been used you will have to make sure it is removed by acid etching or grinding. If the previous sealer on your concrete is compatible you may be able to reseal without removing the previous sealer.
